Overview
Problem
The legacy visitor journey to PIF Tower is fragmented and slow.
The journy
For the PIF Tower Visitor Management System, I designed the end-to-end visitor journey across multiple connected touchpoints:
Invitation → Employee Verification → Lobby Arrival → Kiosk QR Check-in → Makani Mobile Navigation → Smart Building Guidance → Room Signage → In-Room Conference Tablet.
The goal was to create a seamless experience from entering KAFD to entering the meeting room, while reducing friction across both the physical and digital layers.
Modules
VMS
The VMS dashboard provides a centralized interface for managing spaces within the tower, including meeting rooms, desks, and private offices
Rome Conference
The room conference tablet is the in-room control interface of the Visitor Management System. It gives users one central place to understand the meeting context, manage the room, and access supporting services once they enter the space.
Dashboard
The VMS dashboard is the central management interface of the Visitor Management System. It helps internal teams monitor, manage, and organize spaces across the tower, making sure the operational side supports a smooth visitor experience.
Mobile app (Makani)
is the visitor’s main navigation and guidance tool inside the PIF Tower journey. It helps users move through the building with more confidence by connecting the physical space with the digital experience.
